Portavo® S
Knick presents the world's only portable analyzer in a water-proof polished stainless steel housing with IP 67 protection. It provides replaceable measuring modules for analog and digital pH measurement – and offers a previously unknown range of features. Perfectly suitable as mobile or stationary measuring system for precalibrating intelligent Memosens® process sensors with digital data storage in the sensor.
Unique Flexibility
With its robust design, the Portavo® S series is suitable for on-site applications or rough routine chemistry work. The seamless IP 67 housing has a smooth, easy-to-clean and disinfectable surface. It is ideal for hygienically sensitive areas in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
Unique Functionality
Portavo® S stands out by its high accuracy and the large measuring range as well as by the built-in radio clock with time synchronization. Long operating time with ordinary AA batteries, plus convenient mains-powered operation in the docking station (e.g. in the lab), expand the field of applications. The integrated real-time data logger for storage of up to 10,000 data records with time, date, and tag number sets new standards. Via Bluetooth, the recorded data can be easily transferred to a computer for further processing.

Portavo® 921 S
The Basic Unit
For mobile measurement of pH value with anlalog and digital sensors. The sensors are connected via tightly screwed in measuring modules, which include matching circuitry for the respective measured variable. Thus, a wide range of applications can be covered by simple module replacement.
The Housing
Stainless steel; laser-welded and completely disinfectable. Hermetically sealed, IP 67 protection. Ergonomic design with recessed grips for left handers or right handers.
The Keypad
Stainless steel; smooth and seamless. Newly developed sensor field with acoustic feedback.
The Display
Large white LC display; very high contrast. Antireflection natural glass, scratch-proof and resistant to chemicals. Simultaneous display of primary value and temperature. Icon-based operator guidance. Each menu item is clearly identified in plain text.

The Communicator
In addition to the features of the basic unit, the Portavo® 923 S comes up with a large number of groundbreaking functions – from the integrated radio clock to the comprehensive data logger and the Bluetooth interface. Either battery or mains powered, the Portavo® 923 S sets the standard of tomorrow.
The Clock
Built-in radio clock with date; with time synchronization in three zones (EU, USA, Japan). Display either in 12- or 24-hour format. Visible also with the device switched off (power save mode).
The Memory
Reliable storage of configuration and calibration data for over 10 years.
The Calibration
Activatable calibration timer for monitoring the calibration intervals. Calibration with automatic buffer recognition or manual calibration.
The Data Logger
Real-time datal ogger for recording the measured values over longer periods. Manual, interval, or event-controlled. For 10,000 measured values with time, date, and tag number.
The Interface
Integrated Bluetooth interface. For wireless communication.
The Communication
Software Paraly® SW 110 PC software; enables wireless dialog with computer via Bluetooth. Displays measured values and a calibration record for intelligent sensors on
a computer monitor, including printout and uncomplicated documentation and further processing of the data e.g. using Microsoft Excel. Allows complete remote control of Portavo® 923 S devices including parameter setting.
The Docking Station
For convenient desktop or interface operation; cradle with AC adapter. For continuous data transfer via Bluetooth or for logger operation. |
