VL-PC places the highest priority on Customer satisfaction and believes that our products are of the highest quality on the market. If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of a VL-PC product for any reason, please let us know and we will do our very best to make it right. Simply contact your client service representative (or info@vl-pc.com), or the warranty department directly (jeff@vl-pc.com), and we will issue an RMA number for the return of the product. We will perform a full evaluation, and if a manufacturing defect is found to be the cause of failure, your item will be replaced.
Warranty Period:
pH / O2 / Conductivity electrodes - 1 year from date received
ISE solid state electrodes - 1 year from date received
ISE membrane electrodes - 6 months from date received
Please know that our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects, but does not guarantee that your product will last the full duration of the warranty period.
